Our delivery department will contact you when your system is complete to set up a delivery date and time window. Appointments are set for either (9-11AM) or (1-3PM). Due to variables in weather, parking, traffic and your building rules, specific times can not be given.

If your building requires rules such as reserving elevators, insurance certificates, non-work days, etc., please advise us and the installer when he contacts you.

Customer supplied mattress can not exceed 11 inches in height (measured from top to bottom, not rib to rib) and must be able to support itself when vertical, or the unit will not operate properly. All customer supplied material (such as: mattresses, hardware, etc.) must be on-site at the time of installation to properly adjust spring tension and to complete the installation.

On Panel Beds; the leg must be in the fully-rotated down position before weight is put on the bed, otherwise, damage could occur.

Hardware installation (knobs, pulls) will be handled by the installer on–site.
